The Farsace family personally welcome you.

  • Chef Michael has been certified as chef with the American Culinary Federation, food safety certified, and a recognized restaurant consultant throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York.
  • His wife, Catherine, graduate of Johnson and Wales Culinary School and a member of the American Culinary Federation, manages the company's finances.
  • Their daughter Amanda, a graduate of Mercyhurst College and currently completing a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Mercyhurst, is a member of the service team.

Originally from Rochester, the Farsace family have brought fine food to Erie for over 20 years, managing private clubs, casual dining, and fine dining restaurants, as well as providing catering, banquets, and school food service consulting.



Michael and Catherine traveled throughout southern Italy to bring you authentic Italian cuisine. Chef Michael's passion for the food of Italy is apparent in all facets of your dining experience - from the kitchen to your dinner table.
